Ocala, FL – November 2025 — The Boyd Group is proud to highlight another exciting milestone in Marion County’s expanding industrial market. Boyd Mox Industrial has officially executed a lease agreement with White Cap, a leading national building materials supply company, for a new 25,000-square-foot Build-to-Suit distribution center in the greater Ocala–Belleview area.
Currently in the design phase, this state-of-the-art facility will feature 1.5 acres of Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS) to accommodate White Cap’s broad inventory and enhance its service and logistics capabilities. Once complete, the project will strengthen the company’s regional supply chain network, providing improved access and support to customers throughout Marion County, The Villages, and surrounding Central Florida markets.
