Little over an acre. Per the City of Webster, sewer & water are ran in front of it. Per the county, zoned R6C and are in the Urban Residential land use district. R6C allows for up to 6 units per acre with city water & sewer. Each lot would need to be at least 7,260 sq ft and 50 ft wide. They will need to plat if you want to divide in to more than 2 lots.
